Our FREE “No-Sweat Intro” is simply a 15-minute consultation where we’ll have a conversation about your goals. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve, what kind of challenges you’ve encountered in the past, and what we can do to help.

Step Two
ELEMENT CLASSES
Want to kick start your CrossFit® training? Our 3 part elements course takes you through the fundamentals of CrossFit® putting you on the road to success! Each session will be with a private trainer outside regular class times ensuring you get all the attention you need.

OUR TEAM
Our coaches are CrossFit® L1 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, nutrition and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will acquaint you with our state of the art CrossFit® equipment, gym and facilities. Our premium street front location offers full shower facilities as well as onsite Pro shop offering up the best range of products such as natural supplements and high quality training apparel.

Kaya
Head Coach/ Owner
Competitive sport has been Kaya’s life. From football and athletics, and more recently to strength-based sports such as weightlifting and CrossFit.
Before joining CrossFit Docklands, Kaya has always been a well-known member in the local fitness community. Having held positions such as head programmer and corporate health manager, he has also owned and managed his own full-scale studio.
Kaya specialises in CrossFit, strength & conditioning and body transformations, with lifestyle coaching to top it all off. With all of these skills, Kaya can make sure you not just achieve your health and fitness goals, you will surpass them.
